Project On A Page - Project Canvas

It is very important from a stakeholder engagement perspective to use simple tools and words to describe your project. I am a big fan of '1 Pagers', it must be possible to describe what you are doing on one page, or you are doing it wrong.

One such tool is, Project Canvas. It allows you to visualize, simplify, integrate and involve people in a project. It enables the broader organisation to get involved and understand the project.
